The world is like a wheel, you could be in the top of the world and sometimes your below. One day, you could be leaving in your dream, it's just a matter of turning the world upside down.

Bernadette A. Condes, Senior High School Teacher at Quezon National High School and is "one of the most sought-after speakers" for research and one of the Board of Directors in TRAQ (Teachers-Researchers Association of Deped Quezon). But what truly made her decide to take research?
She was just one of the audience at first. That's where it struck her that she wants to be a researcher to help teachers and students. So, she made a promise. She made a promise to herself, she was gonna be a researcher and she was going to make sure of that.
Fast forward, as the clock's hand turn and turned. Year 2015, they won 2nd Best Presenter in the National Research Conference. In November, she even got the chance to fly to China and compete.
In 2016, they were given a Basic Education Research Fund to research and innovate ways to help in solving certain issues that happen in the classroom.
Then going international again, in 2017 Ma'am Condes became a scholar in Singapore, to learn more about research.
And in 2018, won again as 2nd best paper in the National Research Conference.
Now, she is one of the candidates for the Regional Research Reviewer. One thing she learned in being a researcher is that "I do not know everything" and when you are a new teacher you be full of pride that everything is easy and that you know everything. Ma'am Condes shares she "became more humble". "Research opens the mind of the people" and that truly changed her life.
